At ISSATIRE, we have you covered with a comprehensive road hazard warranty for our offshore and mid-range brand tires. Here’s a breakdown of what our policy includes:
• Non-Commercial Use: Warranty applies to non-commercial vehicles only.
• No Coverage for Alignment Damage: Damage due to misalignment is not covered.
• Correct Seasonal Use: Tires must be used according to their designated season.
• Name Match on Invoice: Warranty is valid only for the individual listed on the original invoice.
• Original Receipt Required: Must present the original purchase receipt for warranty claims.
• Correct Tire Pressure: Tires must be maintained at the recommended air pressure.
• Regular Maintenance: All mechanical components affecting tire wear must be kept in good condition, including timely tire rotation.
For tires deemed repairable, we will perform the necessary repairs. For tires under warranty that are non-repairable, a prorated credit will be provided towards a replacement tire, based on the unused tread percentage.

• Replacement credit is calculated based on remaining tread analysis.
Road Hazard Warranty Coverage – ISSATIRE
What is Covered:
1. Defining what Road Hazard Failure meaning is: Road hazard failure describes a tire that can no longer be used because of tears, metal wires showing, punctures that cannot be repaired, or impact-related damage. ISSATIRE will cover repairs for damage to the tread surface.
2. Warranty Coverage: This warranty protects against road hazard failures for some passenger and light truck tires purchased through ISSATIRE as mentioned by the sales representatives at ISSATIRE or tires advertised with Road Hazard Warranty. Specific exclusions may apply depending on the vehicle and tire model.
3. Single-Tire Coverage: This warranty covers only the tire that has been damaged by a road hazard. It does not apply to other tires on the vehicle that were not impacted by road hazards, with coverage limited to one tire per 4 tires purchased
4. Warranty Period: The 2-Year Road Hazard Warranty lasts for 24 months, while the 5-Year Road Hazard Warranty remains valid for 60 months. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase or when the tire has 2/32nds of an inch or less of remaining tread depth, whichever occurs first. Tires with 2/32nds or less tread depth are considered worn out, and the warranty no longer applies.
5. Credit Calculation: If a tire becomes unusable due to road hazard damage, a credit will be provided based on the amount of remaining tread using the following formula:
(Current tread depth minus 2/32) divided by (new tread depth minus 2/32), then multiplied by the tire’s original purchase price without discounts or rebates.
This total credit amount will be applied toward the purchase of a replacement tire.
6. Partial Credit: In specific situations, this warranty offers a partial credit toward the purchase of a new tire. This warranty does not claim that ISSATIRE-sold tires fulfill particular standards or provide assurance against defects or damage that can occur. It does not substitute or alter any original manufacturer’s warranty concerning materials and craftsmanship.
What is Not Covered:
1. Tires damaged by vandalism.
2. Tires damaged due to accidents.
3. Tires damaged from commercial use.
4. Tires damaged from racing activities.
5. Tires damaged from off-road use.
6. Tires damaged due to snow chains or studs.
7. Tires showing rapid or irregular wear.
8. Tires worn or damaged from poorly maintained mechanical components on the vehicle.
9. Tires moved from their original installation vehicle.
10. Loss of time, inconvenience, vehicle loss of use, or other consequential damages, unless prohibited by law.
11. Tires that do not meet the definition of road hazard failure.
Tire Care Recommendations:
1. Have a tire professional check air pressure at least once a month to avoid risks from under-inflation.
2. Ensure tire pressure matches manufacturer specifications.
3. Avoid vehicle overloading, as it may lead to tire damage and injury.
4. Register your tires using the DOT card provided during installation.
5. Follow tire maintenance guidelines provided in the manufacturer’s warranty booklet.
6. Insist on USTMA-approved two-piece tire repairs when needed.
7. Avoid “fix-a-flat” products, as they can make tires non-repairable.
8. When buying fewer than four tires, mount new tires on the rear axle.
9. Re-tighten lug nuts 40 km (25 miles) after service or tire replacement.
10. Request hand-torquing of tire and rim assemblies with a calibrated torque wrench according to vehicle specifications.
